When we designed our Neighborhood sites we wanted them to be intuitive
and easy to use - both for members and administrators.
This has been and continues to be a core goal of all the enhancements
we make. Our support goals are similarly oriented.
When we complete your site, we will take time to train you so that
you are comfortable using the administration area and tools.
If you run into problems, we are have a number of mechanisms to support
you
- Extensive on-line help for Administrators and also for Users
- "how-to" flash movie clips that actually show you how to use the system
- 24/7 On-line HELP DESK system where you can submit trouble tickets and
monitor the progress of your issue
- And finally, we are usually very accessible via telephone of you
ever need personal assistance.

Fast Start Service
Our
Neighborhood sites are flexible tools, ready to use - but they do require
some initial effort from the Sponsor to add-in local information, links,
documents, news and so on.
We have seen that the Community responds much more favorably to websites
that contain personalized, community specific information. It really gives
residents a sense of "connectedness" (to each other, the sponsor, and the community).
Our FAST-START pack service is a one-time service of up to 4 hours professional
Virtual Assistant Services provided exclusively by Listings Up, a virtual marketing assistance firm for REALTORS®.
Listings Up will consult with you
and rapidly develop for you the content you need for your site to launch. With FAST-START pack, your
community Web site will help you build more connections, more quickly.
The goal of this service is to provide a LOCALIZATION service for you
- to add in the local information you need to rapidly prepare your site for launch.

This service is defined as follows:
- You will be provided with up to 4 hours of LOCALIZATION Services
provided by a Virtual Assiatnt from Listings Up
- Your Assistant will schedule a call with you for a 20-30 minute telephone
briefing, where you discuss the local information (and their sources)
you want added to the site.
- Your Virtual Assistant will "localize" your site on your
behalf and perform the following actions for you:
- Research and create 2-3 News articles that
are community specific based on pre-existing articles in local news
media
- Create forums and make them more specific to
local needs based on discussions with sponsor. For example, locate
entertainment establishments and restaurants and place them in the
“where to go-what to do” forums.
- Research and create community specific categories such as local
schools, community centers, and city government websites.
- Create categories for all community HOA documents, including landscaping
requests, architectural guidelines, request forms, and charters.
- Initial uploading of 2-3 photo albums from community events-these
images can be provided by the client, or if the client does not
have photos, create some “generic” community photos
taken from the community newspaper website or some other source
- Upload up to 20 real estate listings that the client must provide
- Create one month of events that will be coordinated with the launch
of the website
Total time allocated for these tasks: 3-4 hours.
Virtual Assistant
Our
Neighborhood sites are very easy to use, and because they are
an interactive resource for members, the administration of
the site should be a minimal task taking just a few hours each
month.
However, we understand the work pressures of being a Realtor!
Our Virtual Assistant service provided exclusively by Listings Up, a virtual marketing assistance firm for REALTORS® will
free you from the day to day management and update of your site.

The goal of this service is to manage and coordinate your Neighborhood
web site on your behalf.
This service is defined as follows:
- You will have a named virtual Assistant provided by Listings Up
- Your
Assistant will schedule a call with you once a month
for a 20-30 minute telephone briefing, where you discuss
the news and information you want added to the site. News
and Information must be sent to us prior to this call at
any time, but there
will be a scheduled monthly review each month.
- Your Virtual Assistant will manage your site on your
behalf and perform the following actions for you:
- Receive news and other information from you, the Client, via email
- Create and send an HTML email newsletter each month based on content and direction provided by you, the Client
- Receive, review and post Photos, Documents, News and Links submitted by registered members of your site
- Provide ad-hoc support and problem resolution to all members of your website
- Manage the admin@.... email address for your site
- Handle any operational issues and questions submitted by email from your registered members
- Moderate forums set up any new forums as required
- Moderate classified ads and manage categories as required
- Moderate and post photos to the Photo Gallery
- Upload and categorize your links and documents for the library and download areas
- Change the poll / survey according to your wishes
Total time allocated for these tasks: 2-3 hours per month
